- Joe ‘Chilli Cuber’ Andrews attempted and successfully completed 3 of the Fonsies Insane Roulette Challenge by Fonsies Insane Hot Sauce. He ate 18 bullets and earned 12 points. Joe is currently at top of the League Table.
- Jif ‘The Fireman’ D’Aguanno has set a new League of Fire World Record for the The Killer Queen Chug Challenge 2 by League of Fire Presents. He successfully finished 20, taking the previous WR of 13 from ‘Broken’ Charlie Whitmore.
- Michael ‘Never Better Club’ Morgan and Alexandria ‘Never Better Club’ Morgan have become the first people in the world (outside of LOF Testing Group) to attempt and complete the Mikey V’s Loco Spice Gator Toes Challenge by Mikey V’s Foods. Michael’s time was 6 mins 51 secs and Alexandria’s time was 12 mins 42 seconds. They earned 4 points each.
- Zachary ‘The Texas Hot Spot’ Goot and Chris ‘Pepper Bae’ Fisher went head-to-head to attempt and successfully complete the Mikey V’s Loco Spice Gator Toes Challenge by Mikey V’s Foods. Zachary’s time was 4 mins 26 secs and Chris’ time was 6 mins 25 secs. They earned 4 points each.
- Mr. Brad Worden also attempted to successfully complete the Mikey V’s Loco Spice Gator Toes Challenge by Mikey V’s Foods. Brad’s time was 4 mins 6 secs. He earned 4 points. Brad currently sits at top of the league table.
- Mike ‘The Molten Moose’ Jack has announced that he will be attempting to break the current League of Fire World Record for the most no. of Blazing Foods’ Death Nut Challenge 3.0 boxes eaten in one sitting at the Heatseeker Hot Sauce Festival on 13 May 2023, in Windsor, Ontario. The current joint LOF WR is 3 boxes and is held by Mr. Brad Worden and Kenny ‘Never Die’ Lamoureux.
- Kris ‘The Scoville Unit’ Fragale and Dylan ‘Late For Work’ Guerin will go head-to-head taking on multiples of Maddy’s Holy Cowlick Challenge by Harvest 912 on 6 May 2023, at 5 PM BST on The Scoville Unit LLC YouTube and Facebook. This is a charity drive for Harvest 912 – Embrace The Lace Harvest 912 Fundraiser.
- NZ Hot Sauce Festival has released early bird tickets for sale.
- NZ Chilli Eating Champs has found a winner at the Palmerston North Heat – Mason, who beat 4 other contestants. It was held at the Rose & Crown in Palmerston North on 20 April 2023. Mason will now have a seat at the 13th Annual NZ Chilli Eating Champs Finale at the 8th Annual NZ Hot Sauce Festival to decide the ultimate Champion who will win the League of Fire Oceania Belt on 27 May 2023, in Auckland, NZ.
- NZ Chilli Eating Champs has found a winner at the Auckland Heat – Jess ‘Chilli Fillie’ Gardner, who beat 4 other contestants. It was held at the Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen in Auckland on 22 April 2023. Jess will now have a seat at the 13th Annual NZ Chilli Eating Champs Finale at the 8th Annual NZ Hot Sauce Festival to decide the ultimate Champion who will win the League of Fire Oceania Belt on 27 May 2023, in Auckland, NZ.
- Following the flagging of ‘Broken’ Charlie Whitmore‘s submission for the fastest time to eat TOT as 1 min 8 secs, we had to scrutinise the video and found Charlie’s correct time to be 1 min 9 secs. Since this was joint time with Mr. Brad Worden‘s submission, League of Fire studied both videos side by side and have concluded that Brad has the faster time at 1 min 8 secs. Brad had submitted 1 min 9 secs and Charlie had submitted 1 min 8 secs as their times into the League. After timed video assessment, Brad’s time is determined as 1 min 8.76 secs and Charlie’s time is 1 min 9.20 secs. Brad will remain the current LOF WR holder.
- Jason ‘Krazee J’ Rice is attempting 10 Consecutive Days of League of Fire challenges from 23 April to 2 May on the League Of Fire Challenge Group on Facebook. There will be guest appearances by other LOF players.
- Paul ‘The Bhut’ Ouro is the first person in Europe to attempt and successfully complete Peppermint Maddy’s Dark Chocolate Reaper Bark Challenge by Harvest 912. He ate 1 bar and earned 3 points.
- Giancarlo ‘Jack Pepper’ Gasparotto is holding the 2nd Stage for The Super Hot Italian Championship that he created, on 29 April 2023, in Monza, Italy. The 1st Stage – 6 November 2022 – Bergamo, was won by Carmelo Francavilla.
- Newcastle Chilli Festival is taking place on 30 April 2023, in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
