My favourite Spanish tapas dish. 😍
Ingredients:
- Padron Peppers – lots!
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt / Flaky Rock Salt
Method:
Heat up extra virgin olive oil in a skillet until smoking hot.
Keeping the heat high, add the Padrons in a single layer and fry for a couple of minutes until they start to blister. Toss a few times to blister and soften all sides.
Place on a plate and pour over some more extra virgin olive oil and season generously with sea salt or flaky rock salt.
Serve immediately.
